1. Agreement

The Website is operated by BrandSpark Co Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202546013K), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore, with registered address at 12 Ann Siang Road, #02-01, Singapore 069692. BrandSpark is a full-service marketing agency providing brand strategy, creative, paid media, SEO, content, social and motion services for client brands in Singapore and the APAC market.

3. Brand and domain clarifications

".pro" and "co": The domain brandsparkco.pro and the "co" in our company name are branding choices only. They do not indicate a specific product category, professional accreditation beyond our registered business activities, or a separate commercial entity.

"Brand": Throughout this Website, "brand" refers to brand strategy, positioning and identity services we deliver for client companies — not a physical branding iron, not a product brand you purchase, and not a trademark licensing scheme.

"Spark": "Spark" refers to the creative idea that initiates a brand's campaign momentum — not electrical sparks, hardware products, dating applications or any unrelated software named "Spark".

BrandSpark is a marketing services firm. We are not a course provider, media publisher, SaaS product, lead broker or financial adviser.

4. No guaranteed results

Information on this Website describes marketing and advertising services including brand, strategy, creative, paid media, SEO, content, social and motion for client brands. We do not guarantee specific rankings, reach, leads, sales, revenue, return on investment, virality or fame. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including budget, market conditions, product quality, pricing, competition and timing.

Case studies, metrics, figures and testimonials reflect past client work where noted. They are illustrative and are not a promise of future performance for your brand or business. Any engagement is subject to a separate signed scope of work with defined deliverables and fees.
