Is BrandSpark a design course, or do you guarantee my brand will go viral or sell more?
No. We are a brand & creative agency that builds strategy, identity and campaigns for client brands — we do not sell courses. We cannot and do not guarantee fame, virality, reach or sales; outcomes depend on market, budget, product and competition. The ".pro" TLD and "co" are branding only.
Retainer or project — which do you prefer?
Both. Brand sprints and rebrands suit fixed project scope with clear deliverables. Ongoing creative partnership works best on SGD retainer from S$8,500/month. We will recommend what fits after a discovery call.
What budgets should we plan for?
Projects typically S$18,000–S$65,000 depending on identity breadth and campaign channels. Retainers from S$8,500/month. Paid media spend is separate and managed transparently in your ad accounts.
How long does onboarding take?
Two to three weeks from signed scope: kickoff workshop, stakeholder access, brand audit and timeline lock. Rush timelines are possible but reduce discovery depth.
Which channels and platforms do you cover?
Brand strategy, creative campaigns, Google Ads, Meta / LinkedIn / TikTok paid social, SEO, content marketing, social media, motion / video, email / CRM marketing, marketing automation and analytics with conversion optimisation.
How often do you report?
Monthly for retainers with KPI dashboards; milestone reports for projects. We frame measurable results and ROI honestly — no guaranteed rankings or lead volumes.
Contract and notice terms?
Retainers: initial three-month term, then rolling with 30-day notice. Projects: milestone-based invoicing per signed scope. All governed by Singapore law.
How do you handle personal data (PDPA)?

What do you NOT do?
We do not guarantee Google rankings, reach, leads, sales, ROI or virality. We do not promote get-rich-quick schemes, crypto trading, MLM, courses, media publishing or sell leads as a broker.
Who owns ad accounts and creative assets?
Your brand owns ad accounts — we request access. Final creative files and identity toolkits transfer on payment. We retain portfolio rights unless contracted otherwise.
Do you work with in-house marketing teams?
Yes. Many Singapore clients keep media buying or content in-house while we lead brand strategy and creative direction. We adapt to your org structure — the goal is an integrated campaign that respects internal workflows and reporting cadences.
Our team delivers brand, creative, paid media, SEO, content, social and motion work for client brands across Singapore and APAC. We never promise specific rankings, reach figures, lead volumes, sales or return on investment — marketing performance depends on budget, timing, product-market fit and competition.
