1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences, understand how pages are used and, with your consent, support analytics and advertising measurement. Similar technologies include local storage entries and pixel tags.

2. How we use cookies

BrandSpark Co Pte. Ltd. uses cookies to operate brandsparkco.pro securely, remember your cookie consent choices and — only if you agree — understand traffic patterns and measure advertising effectiveness. We do not use cookies to sell personal data.

3. Cookie categories

Essential cookies (always active)

Required for basic website function: security, load balancing, cookie consent storage and form protection. These cannot be disabled via our banner without breaking core functionality.

• brandsparkco_consent — stores your cookie preferences. Duration: 6 months.
• Session identifiers — maintain secure browsing during your visit. Duration: session.

Analytics cookies (optional — consent required)

Help us understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on page, referral source and device type. Data is aggregated where possible.

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) — usage statistics. Duration: up to 24 months for _ga; 24 hours for _gid. Vendor: Google LLC. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy

Advertising cookies (optional — consent required)

Used to measure ad campaign performance and build anonymised audience insights when we run paid media for our own agency brand.

• Meta Pixel (_fbp, fr) — conversion tracking for Meta ads. Duration: up to 90 days. Vendor: Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Google Ads (_gcl_au) — attribution for Google Ads clicks. Duration: 90 days. Vendor: Google LLC.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — B2B campaign measurement. Duration: up to 6 months. Vendor: LinkedIn Corporation.

4. Consent and the cookie banner

On your first visit, a banner offers three choices: Accept all, Reject all, or Customise. Non-essential cookies are not placed until you accept or customise preferences to include them. Your choice is stored for six months in the brandsparkco_consent cookie. After expiry, the banner reappears.

Contact form consent (PDPA) is separate from cookie consent and is never pre-checked.

5. How to opt out or change preferences

• Click "Customise" in the cookie banner and save updated preferences;
• Clear cookies in your browser settings and revisit the site to reset the banner;
• Install browser extensions that block analytics or advertising trackers;
• Use Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
• Adjust ad preferences in Meta, Google and LinkedIn account settings.

6. Third-party vendors

Analytics and advertising vendors may process data on servers outside Singapore. Where cross-border transfer occurs, we rely on contractual safeguards and vendor commitments consistent with the PDPA. Vendor privacy policies govern their independent processing.

7. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove vendors or change cookie durations. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. See also our Privacy Policy.
